I MUST BE GOOD THIS MONTH.
Ok… I really have to get to 149 by Saint Patrick’s day. I have to take a few measures to get there because I have been slacking a little bit on diet and my weight is bouncing around.
Eat 1200 calories on rest days, 1350 on work out days.
Work out 3 days minimum, no excuses!
No alcohol. I’ll have plenty on Saint Patrick’s Day. Alcohol is not going to help my goal right...

I told myself I would see 151 this month and I did, even if it was only briefly. I’m still really proud! Finishing at 152.8...
I forgot my gym pants.
So I worked out at home instead. I’m just glad I realized it before I walked into the gym to change and then had to make that slow, embarrassed march back through the free weights and the cardio machines with my head hung in shame.

Busted my ass at the gym.
My arms are jello, everyone.
Got Implanon put in today.
I will have to take a few days off of lifting but I think I should be ok to take some long walks or jog lightly. :D Yay for family planning!

January Weighs!
Overall, even though I was sick and barely worked out for two weeks because of it, my weight was on a nice downward trend. I’m a little up at the end of the month since I finally was able to get back to lifting my weights but I’m very pleased with the numbers. My lowest weight this month was 153.7. I’m hoping to see 151 next month and hopefully be under 150 by Saint Patricks day...

Nothing fancy but the formatting is more consistent. I’ll be posting a new graph soon!
